Opportunity Save & Close and Asynchronous process is not running (Doc ID 2056795.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Opportunities

When attempting to run Save and Close, the Opportunity is not getting assigned
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The error occurs in a SOA Composite 'OpptyMgmtOpportunitiesAutoAssignmentComposite' faulted payload:

oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/sales/opptyMgmt/opportunities/opportunityService/OpportunityService#doAutoAssignmentAsynchronously invoke)

 

Also the following errors are observed in SOA_Server1_diagnostic.log file


"oracle.tip.mediator.infra.exception.MediatorException: ORAMED-03303:[Unexpected exception in case execution]Unexpected exception in request response operation "process" on reference "OptyMgmtAutoAssignmentProcess.optymgmtautoassignmentprocess_client". Possible Fix:Check whether the reference service is properly configured and running or look at exception for analyzing the reason or contact Oracle Support Services.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Opportunity
2. Run Save and Close
3. The Opportunity is not assigned

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Opportunities are not getting assigned
