1. When creating transactions or importing transactions using autoinvoice users may receive errors related to the valid salesperson for the transaction date. Why are these errors thrown?

2. If the minimum of the sales person start date  is the resource start date is there a way of setting a resource date with a past effective date in order to be able to import or create transactions with past effective dates?
