On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to retire an Opportunity the "Retire Reason Code" and "Retire Comments" remain empty after they are filled in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When trying to retire an Opportunity the "Retire Reason Code" and "Retire Comments" should be populated accordingly after they are filled in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Open a Lead
3. Fill in the "Retire Reason Code" and "Retire Comments" and click ok
4. Fields remain empty

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the 2 fields.
