Symptoms

When trying to post an XML (for example an Item Master) document to the WMServlet URL of GTM using the PL/SQL UTL_HTTP method from EBS, the following error is thrown on the GTM server:

 
When uploading the XML document manually via the Integration Manager, it is processed without any problems.
