There is an error when user tries to navigate to Listen & Analyze

Oracle SRM:500
Looks like an error has occurred. Don't worry, this problem has been logged and we are looking into the issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SRM
2. Navigate to Listen & analyze
There is an error

The issue has the following business impact:
