How to Enable the 'Eloqua & Responsys Integration' Feature (Doc ID 2058872.1)

The out-of-the-box integration with Eloqua allows marketers to push content from Content Marketing to Eloqua to store and use content assets to build campaigns. Users have the capability to push content authored in Oracle Content Marketing over to Responsys to include in B2C Cross-Channel Marketing campaigns.

This article will tell you the process to have this functionality enabled. Once enabled, this functionality can be found by going to Promote > Linked Accounts.
