Fusion Global Payroll (CA): Standard Working Hours Being Ignored in Overtime Calculation

Auto pay employees who are eligible for overtime that do not have standard working hours of 40 - they may have 37.5 weekly. Any overtime being calculated on these employee's is using 40 hours (2080) to calculate the overtime rate instead of the standard hours of 37.5. Even if the standard working hours are entered at the Legal Entity level, it is still calculating overtime based on 40 hour work week.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Set up an Overtime element for the Canada Legislative Data Group
2. Set Enterprise Standard Hours to 40, Legal Entity Standard Working Hours to 37.5. 37.5 defaults to the employee's employment record
3. Run a payroll or QuickPay to calculate overtime. Note the calculation uses 40 hours
