On : Fusion Talent Review Cloud Service, 9.2, Talent Review

Unable to add previous talent meeting

User is unable to search and add previous meeting when setting up a new Talent meeting. User was a facilitator for the old meeting as well
User should be able to add previous talent meeting
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sign in Talent Review and Create new Talent Review Meeting
2. Attempt to add prior meetings but receive no options in the drop down
