Symptoms

Can't import opportunity attachments

The attachment load is failing.

Import activity ID: 300000009468409


ERROR
-----------------------

The import process will not allow duplicate opportunities because the parameter, Allow Duplicates, is No. (MOO-450112) Details: Opportunities are uniquely identified by a combination of opportunity name, business unit, and customer.
The combination of attributes (SALES_ACCOUNT_ID,CUST_PARTY_ID) is not valid. (MOO-450119)
This row cannot be imported because the parent opportunity record has errors. (MOO-450118)
You must provide a value for the attribute {ATTRIBUTE_NAME}.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the import file
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance --> search for the Manage File Import Activities task --> Go to task--> Create a new import activity choosing the import file --> start the import.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Opportunity Attachments.
