RSS Feed Not Working Within Chrome - "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." (Doc ID 2059684.1)

Symptoms

When opening RSS pages within Chrome, I receive an error saying:  "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.". Due to this error, the RSS content is not rendered properly. I am still able to access the RSS feed without incident on Firefox and other browsers.
