Mail Notification Doesn't Work (Doc ID 2059981.1)

Goal


"Notify Me" and "Notify Me by e-mail" are checked when others are updating tasks that has a specific owner, but the Owner does not receive the e-mail.
Moreover, notification list is not working as expected in "Simplified UI", user has to make several clicks to see if the task is updated.
