Fusion Performance Management: Managers Cannot Select all Performance Forms in 'My Organization' Tab (Doc ID 2060107.1)

Goal

 

This is occurring for all managers.

When the Manager who is the 1st Approver goes to My Organization tab in Performance and uses the filter option to select forms for all his reports, he is only able to select 2 of the 3 forms for his population.

 

The forms are:

2015 India Mid-Year (Level 1 & 2)

2015 India Mid-Year (Level 3)

2015 India Mid-Year (Level 4 & 5)

 

The manager can only select

 

2015 India Mid-Year (Level 1 & 2)

2015 India Mid-Year (Level 4 & 5)

Even though there is an employee who has the 2015 India Mid-Year (Level 3) and this manager is the 1st approver.  We know this because he has a pending task for this employee and the status says the form is with the 1st approver.

 

"why is it that not all of the 2015 India forms show up initially?"
