Provisioning Fails After Changing Unifier User's Organization in OIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is created in OIM and is assigned to an incorrect Organization - after correcting the user's Organization, provisioning to Unifier fails. The status gets stuck in "Provisioning".
