Absence approval email notifications are sent to mail ids. User's have Office 365 Webmail for their business (no outlook) exclusively. Office 365 webmail only supports the HTML format and the mail must be in HTML compatibility format.
After clicking on Approve or Reject the email response generated is blank and is not creating the usual text which gets generated using Outlook. Office365 Web Mail client users are unable to approve the email approval request.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Approve or Reject in response to the email in the Office 365 Webmail . The email generated is blank and not creating the usual text which generated using outlook.
