Error Message When Taking Action Sign Contract For User With Double Role (Doc ID 2061025.1)

On : version, Contract Authoring

The contract is in Pending Signature and the user pressed Actions/Signed Contract to proceed with signing in Docusign.
User is both Buyer and Contract administrator, so he has a double role assigned.

When he pressed Sign Contract, the following error message showed in the screen:

Validation error: There is a duplicate key sequence 300000002526231 for the key or unique identity constraint.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the production Desktop UI > Contracts > edit an existing Contract
2. Click on the button Actions > for Sign Contract
3. Error prompts

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sign contracts.
