Customer Cannot See Post Even Though She Is Part Of The Workflow - it's Not You, It's me Error (Doc ID 2061126.1)

On : NA version, Workflows, Threads and Collaborations

While trying to open a post which is created using workflow, user is getting an error.

"It's not you, it's me message"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Workflow with all steps for creating a post, approving it & publishing it.
2. Create a Bundle & assign this workflow to that bundle
3. Assign the post approver of the workflow as a user to this bundle
4. create a post for the workflow
5. Login with the user id of approver & click on the Open post button on Collaboration thread

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete their daily activities
