Fusion Absence Management: How to Take into Account Grade Changes During the Monthly Repeating Period for Accrual Plans

Currently, the Accrual Leave plan has a monthly repeating period and 3.5 Days accrual.
Proration should go like this:
balance till 31-Dec-2015 = accrual / 365 * 365
balance till 15-Dec-2015 = accrual / 365 * 348

However, this does not work when there is a grade change in the middle of a repeating period, since the plan uses the accrual value based on the new grade, instead of using both values and prorate.

How can we overcome this?
