The purpose of this article is to help clients with a very common email sending issue. When contacts are stuck in an email step/not being sent emails, and when you click into the contacts (the numeric blue square) in the step, if you scroll to the far right you will see most or all of them with the status Action in Progress or Scheduled. This article will go in-depth on troubleshooting this issue.
