Information in this document applies to any platform.
Service Exception Reports (SERs) contain information from a root cause analysis performed by Oracle Cloud Operations on specific service outages.
Oracle Cloud customers can request SERs for issues or outages that have occurred within the last 30 days, on a production environment by creating a new Service Request.
