Can We Remove The 'If You Did Not Request This Call' message in Click to Call Cloud Service? (Doc ID 2062060.1)

We use Oracle Click to Call Cloud Service.
On the phone platform, regarding the message "If you have not requested this call, thank you press 2 times the * key on your phone to block subsequent calls" that occurs before the greeting.

I would like to know if it is possible to remove this message and if so what action to take?
