ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user creates a "Note" in MDM, the user cannot return to view the note.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user creates a "Note" in MDM, the user should be able to return and reread the note.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Desktop UI go to Customer Data Management
2. Manage Organizations
3. Select an Organization (or Create one.)
4. On the left, choose "Notes"
5. Enter in a Note
6. Save and Click "Done"
7. Search for the organization.
8. Review "Notes"
9. No note appears in search.
