Error: "Cannot Schedule Job" And XML Import of Large Projects Through P6 Professional Cloud Connect Fails

Cloud: P6 Professional Client Login and Tech

When attempting to import XML files in P6 Professional Client through P6CloudConnect,
the following error occurs.

"Cannot Schedule Job"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login to P6 Professional (using Cloud Connect)
  2. Select File, Import
  3. Select Primavera XML
  4. Complete the steps to import an XML (pointing to either a .zip or .xml)
  5. Note the message on the import results screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, multiple users cannot import XML files.
