Symptoms

Error shows with WSDL file generated for Web Services version 1.0 when using WSDL debugging tool after upgrading to Oracle CPQ Cloud version 2014 R2.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Admin Home Page > Web Services > Commerce.
2. Select version 1.0.
3. Click on Display WSDL.
5. Right click to select "View Source"->Copy and save the file with .wsdl extension.
6. Open a WSDL debugging tool with the WSDL file generated. This will fail with the error:

The 'XsdInfo' message specified for the SOAP header is undefined. The message specified must be defined in the WSDL document.

The 'Category' message specified for the SOAP header is undefined. The message specified must be defined in the WSDL document.

The 'UserInfo' message specified for the SOAP header is undefined. The message specified must be defined in the WSDL document.

Web Services 2.0 WSDL do not need the XsdInfo, Category and UserInfo message definitions.
