Account Assignment Not Working
We are facing a problem with account assignment. Some users are relating that they are creating an Account and it's not showing to them, because the assignment didn't worked. Our Accounts are assigned using two Auxiliary Classifications, which are created using groovy script on Sales Account object. Follow the trigger. Sometimes it works, sometimes don't.
The territory assignments that do not work are the ones that the classifications do not have the PrimaryFlag active. but in the script that flag is always being set as active.
