1. Creates an Activity and tries to tag a Account to it, the issue occurs.
2. In Account search tab, it's displaying Contacts instead of Accounts.
3. Creating Appointment from Activity Object not from Calendar on Desktop UI only, not using Simplified UI.
On Account Search page, accounts should appear, but not Contacts.
a. Log into Fusion Applications
b. Go to Desktop UI
c. Go to Activity Management
d. Create Appointment
e. To tag an Account to the activity, click on Account Search tab
f. It displays Contacts instead of Accounts
Due to this issue, users are unable to map accounts to activities.
