After submit or upload an Expense Report (ER) to Web application using Mobile Application it is possible to delete the document in Mobile.
1. After upload ER -> If the Expense Report is deleted in Mobile Application the record is not removed from Web Application
2. After submit ER -> Why is it possible to delete an Expense Report if it has already been sent for an approver or if it has already been approved?
