Goal
Set Up Compensation Management
Compensation Plan for Bonus is integrated to Profile Management System PMS where PMS Ratings are pulled in Compensation Worksheet and calculation is further performed over it.
Lets suppose an Employee gets Rating of A in PMS. Same is updated in his Profile.
After that Talent Review is done and Employee's Performance Rating is calibrated. His Rating is changed to B and same in updated in his profile but not in PMS.
During Compensation the process can only pull Ratings from PMS but not the ones updated in his profile after doing Talent Review.
How to pull the updated Performance Ratings from Employee profile to Compensation Worksheet?
