The Loading Dialog Appears and Hangs When Creating or Editing a Quote in Salesforce Managed Package 5.0 (Doc ID 2063909.1)

When creating and/or editing a quote, the "Loading Oracle CPQ Cloud" dialog appears with a spinning wheel, but never successfully enters Oracle CPQ Cloud.  


Even if CPQ Cloud is configured to reside outside of the Salesforce iFrame, the page will not redirect when entering a quote.


A recent upgrade to the Managed Package v5.0 for Salesforce.
