Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers
When attempting to save specify ledger options ,
the following error occurs.

Enter the required value attributes for the segment values in specify Ledger Options screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to specify ledger options
2. Enter the retained earnings account
3. Save the data
