Marketing Cloud Integration URL is not Working (Doc ID 2064201.1)

Goal

Have configured Sales Cloud integration, but the final step is to enable it within Sales Cloud (So it displays the digital body language on the contacts).

Have set up the following using the 'Manage Sales Cloud to Marketing Cloud Integration' Task:

URL : https://secure.p03.eloqua.com/
Security Policy : oracle/wss_username_token_over_ssl_client_policy
Username: A User with API access in Eloqua
Password: xxxxx

Can you confirm whether the URL is correct?
