*Legal Entity Rule - Primary Balancing Segment Values Are Not Appearing In Payables Account

Goal
We have a requirement to configure LE Rule in Manage Intercompany Balancing task. When we are trying to create a new rule, Primary Balancing segment Value (LE Values) in Payables Account are restricted based on the value given in 'From Legal Entity' Field.
In other words, Currently in payables account, only one value is appearing for LE segment and that too is restricted to the value given in ‘From Legal Entity’ field. If we provide some other value in the ‘From Legal entity’ field then only that value will appear in the payables account LE values. Our requirement/expectation is that LE value provided in ‘To Legal Entity’ should appear in the Payables account LE values.
