Users Are Not Getting Password Reset Email Notifications From OIM

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Users are not getting Email notifications even it's configured in OIM. When they reset Password for a User, the User never gets an Email Notification for the new password.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should get the email notification with the auto-generated password in the email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Checked configurations in OIM, set as "Auto-generate the password (Randomly generated). And "E-mail the new password to the user" was selected.
  2. E-mail notification is not sent.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot receive the reset password email.
