Purpose

This document lists some common errors why Collection process did not pick up any transactions or the values are incorrect.



STEPS
1. Import transactions using webservice or CRM File Based Import or Incentive Compensation Transaction Import

2. Run Collection
    Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Collect Transactions

3. View Collection process log for more details
    Navigator > Credits and Earnings > View Processes  (see sample log 248275.txt)
