When attempting to access WS SalesCustomObjectService
the following error occurs.


 Access denied ( invoke)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the web service
2. The error 'Access Denied' is returned

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the web service could not be accessed.
