One or both of the following symptoms may be present:

• A message template containing paragraphs with manual variables only displays part of the message when sent or in the final preview before sending.
• In the Send Correspondence wizard the label for the input fields of some manual variables displays </span> at some point in the label.

Changes

Paragraphs that have been created or edited, perhaps using Copy and Paste and not using the Paste from Word tool in the Rich Text Format (RTF) Editor.
