Meta Tagging Rule Not Working (Doc ID 2064597.1)

When trying to extract and save a meta tag rule, I am receiving an error message similar to the following: "Auto Tagging Rule extraction completed. The rule is still not active. Please click on Save to Accept and Activate the rule or click Cancel to reject the rule and start all over again."
