Other requirements :

Ques: A single post might get transferred to different users. Suppose, the message is assigned to X initially, later if it gets transferred to Y.
Should X also get mail notifications along with Y after it got transferred?

Ans : The answer to your question is YES.
Both X and Y should be informed, even if messages are reassigned.
The reason for this is so both users are aware of the conversation and there is transparency with how our customer service teams.
