Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

1)Convert a business  card  to a contact with Dymo CardScan 800c
1) Drag the contact person in Outlook so it's added to the contacts
2) Click on "Convert to Sales Cloud"
3) Nothing happens



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Drag the contact person in Outlook so it's added to the contacts
2) Click on "Convert to Sales Cloud".
3)Contact is not getting conveted
