The Address box in Accounts is read only. The button is not active for the popup window to be displayed.
Expect that the button to be active and the popup window to be displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook - Account -
2. Address section - try and add or edit the address
