Goal

When employees request encashement of absences, the leave balance should be deducted automatically.

This will avoid manual work to have accurate results on calculating annual balance after paying via payroll the en cash leaves.

After paying via payroll the en cash leaves, annual balance should be reduced automatically.

 

After paying via payroll the en-cash leaves, annual balance should be reduced automatically.
When more employee are eligible for this, decision was token to en-cash all employees with leave balances, than they will be paid through payroll.As soon as en-cashment element tun in payroll days in element will be converted into money and should be deducted from leave balance.
