Symptoms

On any Unifier Production and uStage/uDesigner environment utilizing OIM:


Expected Result:

Vendor/Bidder, user without an Active Unifier account, should be able to login to the Bid Access URL with the login credentials generated within and sent from Unifier by way of a Bid Invitation email notification.

Actual Result:

Many users are getting 'locked out' trying to login and OIM Administrator is needing to reset the password.
