Dependent Names Displaying As 'Plan' When Making Benefit Elections Via Employee Self-service (Doc ID 2066343.1)

Dependent Names displaying as 'Plan' when making benefit elections via employee self-service

When making benefit elections via employee self service the dependent names are not listed , instead the word 'Plan' is displayed with the appropriate relationship (Child, Spouse, etc.).

This issue is only occurring via employee self service and not as an administrator.

The issue appears to be occurring for all life events and all employees.

Upon reaching the confirmation page the names of the dependents show up again.

Expect the name to show correctly on all train stops

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > My Benefits
2. Go thru the enrollment train stops
3. See contact name is showing as plan
