Not able to create and view activities on the account page
User is not part of the Sales team but he can view the details of the account.
Should be able to create and view activities on the account page even when user don't have view access to the account.
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Activities
3. Create and View activity
Due to this issue, user has view access to the account but unable to create activities
