Marital Status is not updating correctly for employees who had a legal entity transfer .

Marital Status should be updating correctly for employees who had a legal entity transfer .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Employee who has an International Transfer.
2. Navigate to My Portrait and update the Personal Information.
3. Employee will see multiple Marital Status fields corresponding to each Country he worked in.
4. Update the Marital Status for latest Work-relationship with current date.
5. Review screen shows incorrect information as Marital status being updated to old country.
6. The transaction follows incorrect approval process and once the transaction is completed the employee sees the change in Marital Status field that corresponds to old country instead of the latest country he works in.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update marital status.
