Symptoms

Country name not appearing while defining legal entity

For Example

When trying to define a new legal entity, unable to find the value 'Malaysia' in the List of Values (LOV) for Country.
Users expect that the Country LOV should contain the value 'Malaysia'. Due to this issue, users cannot define the legal entity operating in Malaysia.

Steps To Reproduce
1. From the implementation project in Functional Setup Manager (FSM), navigate to the task 'Define Legal Entities for Human Capital Management'.
2. Create a new legal entity from the Manage Legal Entities UI.
3. Search for Country = 'Malaysia'.
4. No results are displayed.
