Admin Console - Not Able to See the Available Webhook Settings (Doc ID 2067709.1)

Symptoms

In the OCC Admin console, under Settings if you click on Web API's, the following error gets displayed:

Error
Error loading the Webhook settings
Return code: 11002000

Network error comes from the call:


Request URL: https://ccadmin-<env>-<data>.oracleoutsourcing.com/ccadminui/v1/webhooks?includeSecretKeys=true
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error
