Outlook Validation Issue While Creating Contact

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
When attempting to create a Contact in Sales Cloud for Outlook ,
the following error occurs.
"Name is Required "
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales Cloud for Outlook - Contacts
2. Create Contact
