Back-Out Comp Process does not clear date tracked record and action reason codes for promotion cases

Client using Fusion Workforce Compensation on Release9.
Client encountered an issue with the Comp Back out process. The issue which encountered is that the Back-out process is rolling back the salary data cleanly, but for Promotion changes, it is not removing the newly created date tracked record and the action/reason codes. It is only restoring the new job and grade values to the original ones.

This results in inconsistency in the employment record, which I suppose will be misleading and impact the reports.
