Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to install the Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error 1723. There is a problem with this installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action DLLWrapStartup, entry: DLLWrapStartup, library: C:\...\MSI467.tmp
