When attempting to Create new contact,
the following error occurs.

Salutary Introduction is required

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Create new contact
3. Save
4.Error appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create new contacts .
